5. Deliveries
Delivery times provided by Meals by Mel are estimates only. Meals by Mel shall not be responsible for any damages or loss as a result of the delivery being delayed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation or changes to subscriptions must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Refunds will not be provided for transactions confirmed by the user.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site contains material, such as software, text, graphics, images, designs, and other material provided by or on behalf of Meals by Mel (collectively referred to as the “Content”). The Content is protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate these laws and/or applicable regulations.
