I’ve been using meals by Mel for a few months now and am pretty satisfied. Overall, food is fresh and full of flavor. Delivery cost is extra but they always arrive during the given estimated window. I’ve done other prep companies but stick with this one because of the quality and taste of the food prepared.

Love placing my weekly orders with Meals by Mel. Ran by her and her husband they help me ensure I can easily track my macros as they do it for me, they change meal options every so often so I don’t get bored, and offer pick up or delivery options to save me time if needed. Ordering from them has saved me and my wife time as we both balance working full time and a little one. Not to mention the food is delicious! Highly recommend using their services as the food is great and the customer service is top notch!

I've been buying meals by Mel for several months now and I love it! It's significantly helped me with meeting my macro goals and being able to spend more time with my family instead of meal prepping. All their meals are good! And there are so many options to choose from. Personal favorites are: buttery steak frites, banana cream pancakes, chicken pharm, turkey spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, Cajun salmon linguine, and garlic shrimp. I personally do the 5 day meal prep. My only con is not being in the delivery area, but I don't mind picking up my own meals!

Awesome first week experience! Lots of meals to choose from. Website is well put together. Easy to use. Love the delivery alerts for ETA. Super helpful to not waste your whole day waiting. Oh and of course the meals tasted great.

Delicious food and great variety. Very creative with the menu, always adding new items. We're excited to try the brownies coming up soon. We even went one time to pick up our food and got a chance to peek inside the facility and it looked clean and organized. Super recommended.

I can only say good things about meals by Mel. This service has been such a huge part of my success on my fitness and weight loss journey. Not only is the food deliciously prepared, but it comes with all the ingredients, protein, carbs, etc., listed on each meal. They keep things fresh with new meals every so often. You'll find something you love with meals by mel. Breakfast, Dinners/Lunch, and snacks too. Their protein donuts are amazing. Reasonably priced for all you're getting. Thank you meals by Mel for helping me to get on track and establishing a healthy relationship with food. No other meal prep service like them!

Starting ordering from Meals by Mel recently and have been impressed so far with the quality and price of the meals. Usually people associate meal prep with rice, chicken & broccoli but Meals by Mel has a huge variety of options to choose from (my favorite is the white wine lemon chicken!). I look forward to having her meals in the day and it's of course a plus I know I'm eating well. Delivery is convenient and a text with delivery info is sent the morning of, which makes planning easier to do for the day. Definitely recommend to order from Meals by Mel if you're in need of meal prep and in the LA/OC areas!
